The location of this hotel was great - it was very close to the bus station and not far from the city center. it was close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation.

Large, comfy, well-positioned room. Good location. Friendly reception staff. Improved WiFi. Clean and practical private room with attached bathroom. Plenty of sockets. Towels, soap, and toilet paper provided. Convenient access to major train and bus stations. Close to amenities.

One thing that stood out at Carmen Pension was the honesty and integrity of the staff. We accidentally left our passport and money in the room, but the receptionist promptly called us the next day to inform us and kept everything safe until we returned. This level of honesty left a lasting impression on us.
While there were a few drawbacks, such as outdated linens and flat pillows, the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was satisfactory. The room itself was spacious and provided a comfortable stay.
